LICAWE will host an informative and engaging panel discussion on effective professional practices, essential to your success on the new State mandated APPR. The panel will feature four extraordinary women in educational leadership. These respected professionals will share research based best practices that support your goals for raising student achievement. They will also explore highly effective, effective, developing and ineffective (HEDI) strategies aligned to the new State rubric for principal and teacher evaluations.
