Deputy Commissioner Ken Slentz along with Kate Gerson will be sharing the latest information on the Common Core Learning Standards in Mathematics. This will include discussion of the instructional shifts required to effectively implement the Common Core, what to expect on the assessments, and “next steps” to prepare your students for full implementation next year. A group discussion will follow.
