Registration will be processed in order of date received

Space is limited

Registration MUST be for both days

Registration Fees: $175 for Conference

Early registration: $150 if you register & pay before September 15^th

General registration: $175 from September 6^th through September 26^th

Late registration: $200 after September 26^th

8 hour PD certificates issued at 4 P.M. each day
