Phi Delta Kappa at Stony Brook University and the Mid East Suffolk Teacher Center present "A Survival Guide for New and Aspiring Teachers"

In the current economic and political climate, it can be challenging to secure a teaching or administrative position. How do you maximize your chances of success in your job search?  

During this 90-minute workshop, you will learn commonly used acronyms in the education world, tips to finding teaching positions and strategies that will help you keep your current position. 

The Mid East Suffolk Teacher Center and the Stony Brook University Chapter of Phi Delta Kappa will share the wealth of professional resources that are available to you in your career as a classroom teacher.
