Study of Learning and the Brain

Hi!

I'm very encouraged by all the wonderful comments and support in this forum. I'm looking for advice and a good school to get my doctorate in the field of neuroscience. I've looked online and found several programs that may suit my needs but I'm looking for someone who has gone through the process to ask some more in depth questions. Can anyone help or direct me to someone? Thank you in advance.
