Elementary teachers, teaching in a departmentalized content structure are invited to participate in this study. Participants will complete a questionnaire/interview, relating to how they meet the affective (social-emotional) needs of their students. All teacher participants can receive a copy of the final dissertation, if they so request. There is no charge for this "Thank you". The full published dissertation will be available on ProQuest, but that site is fee based.
