I'd like to hear more about what work you are doing about Fnancial Literacy. As a former SJU student (BS'89,MBA'91) and now Assistant Principal of a middle school, I often think about the need for basic instruction about, budgeting, credit cards, intertest, and investment risk/return. These skills should begin during the formative teenage years. Long before they get their first credit card as college freshman.
