A Network Connecting School Leaders From Around The Globe
In today’s field of education educators are more than just teachers and principals. We are forced to become advocates for our students in order to have a positive community of learners and leaders. I am a dedicated educator who is committed to raising student achievement by helping students to reflect on their own learning and connect it to their real life experiences. I like to support a challenging/reasonable learning environment whether the child is in a regular or special education setting.
My motivation to completing a job well done is easily seen through my determination to pay attention to detail. I am committed to demonstrate responsibility, working well cooperatively, and adapting to changing conditions. I am a hard worker and am willing to work the hours completely and effectively. My strong personal skills will only prove to enhance community relationships. I am a people person and understand the importance of positive parent rapport.
In my many years of working with young children through my present years working with 6th, 7th and 8th graders I have found that I have become a believer for necessary resources to teach to higher levels of learning and have worked to establish and maintain clear standards of behavior and civility in all children.

Mentors.net - a Professional Development Resource
Mentors.net was founded in 1995 as a professional development resource for school administrators leading new teacher induction programs. It soon evolved into a destination where both new and student teachers could reflect on their teaching experiences. Now, nearly thirty years later, Mentors.net has taken on a new direction—serving as a platform for beginning teachers, preservice educators, and
other professionals to share their insights and experiences from the early years of teaching, with a focus on integrating artificial intelligence. We invite you to contribute by sharing your experiences in the form of a journal article, story, reflection, or timely tips, especially on how you incorporate AI into your teaching
practice. Submissions may range from a 500-word personal reflection to a 2,000-word article with formal citations.
