This will help other members dialogue with you.: I am a presently a high school science teacher, and have been teaching for 12 years. I am deeply concerned about the direction of public education within New York State and throughout the country. I believe we need to restore the value of real learning and growth that cannot be expressed via a standardized test. Educators must be a part of the process as we move forward.
