- I am an innovative and reflective teacher looking to continue to have a positive impact in the field of education as we continue to move to meet the rigors of CCSS and teacher effectiveness. The challenges that I faced within the classroom setting were met with a distinct plan for ensuring success and growth for all students. My belief for students is, "you can believe they can or believe they can't; either way you'll be right." I believe my students can, and it is my job to ensure that I provide the opportunities for them to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
