N.Y. school psychologists report rising student needs

Two-thirds of school psychologists in New York state say their school districts don't have enough psychologists to meet the needs of students, according to a report from the New York State School Boards Association. The administrative needs of students with special needs and rising mental health issues among students contribute to their workload.
