Good morning I have learned that your school is looking to hire an administrator. Subsequently, I am sending my resume as I am positive that the school can benefit immensely from my skills and abilities. As a highly motivated individual in the field of education with 13 years’ experience working in diverse educational and administrative capacities, I am eager to leverage my capabilities to contribute to your school.
Managing and coordinating are two challenges that I enjoy to take on every day into school. I do not believe in just performing a mundane task in school. I will perform my duties to the best of my abilities in order to bring about positive results. My work responsibilities at my present school at Rachel Carson High School consists of the following; Dean of Students, Coordinator of Student Activities, Leading our Social Studies department not to mention teaching ninth grade Global History, working on the school leadership team, School Safety Team member, student council advisor to name a few. My work is however, not limited to just these activities as I am also quite proficient in performing some other tasks like scheduling and programming.
Perhaps most importantly, my pupils need to ask questions and have a sense of wonder about the world. For the kids that come into the school disenchanted with education, I want to help them become interested in learning again and show them a way to excel. Over the years, my love for educating young people in today’s world is still something I love to accomplish. Socializing them into our world is a task that needs to happen more and more with the fast paced society we live in.
I am confident that my background combined with my love for education will enable me to perform the job efficiently and effectively.
After reading my enclosed resume, please consider me for any appropriate position in your school. My desire to help children become something for themselves is what I truly value. Thank you for your consideration and your time.
