I am a former graduate of Syosset High School. Long Island has always been home to me. As a former Special Education student, I strive to do all I can to help be a positive helpful influence to as many people as possible. My goal is to continue enriching the learning experience of my students and colleagues with a combination of kind energy, contagious charisma, and challenging rigor that inspires a love for learning and growth within my community every day.
My dream is to become an Educational Leader on Long Island and contribute in a greater capacity to the Public Schools that provided me personally with a strong and meaningful education.
I am currently finishing up my Post-Masters degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, and have already passed my SBL certification exam.
I am a Certified Special Education Teacher in grades K-12. I have tremendous devotion to the field of Special Education having had an IEP myself. It is a privilege for me to be able to teach scholars who have learning challenges. I bring passion to my role as an educator with great purpose and value the bonds and connections that come with learning and growing within a school community. Having the opportunity to foster the growth of others and contribute to the development of the Special Education system is my purpose.
