This will help other members dialogue with you.: I am an Ontario-trained SAANYS MentorCoach and Coach for Mentors in Training for NAESP. My doctoral dissertation, just finished this past month, focused on school leadership development through the mentorcoaching process. Having recently retired from the principalship with 33 years in education, in 2007 I was named a National Distinguished Elementary Principal and NYS Elementary Principal of the Year. As a part-president of SAANYS and a past Zone 2 Director for NAESP, I appreciate the connections and relationships one has through their professional associations and hope to use School Leadership 2.0 as another avenue to do the same.
