    Dear Donald:

Welcome!  We are so pleased you decided to join our School Leadership 2.0 community.  As you start to explore the site, we feel confident that you will see its many benefits.  A good starting point might be the short video tutorials which you can find on the pull down menu on the "home" page.  Each highlights a special section of the community and provides clear instruction on how to participate.

You can maximize your membership by joining one of our over 100 groups.  Join a group of your colleagues who share the same job title by just clicking on "The Campus" tab at the top of the page.  The pull down menu will direct you to different "buildings" campus where you can find your colleagues.  It's great to join and be able to dialogue, discuss and share.

Perhaps you might also wish to join one of the special interest groups.  We have many.  You can browse through all the groups by going to

http://www.schoolleadership20.com/groups or you can put in a term in the search box in the upper righthand corner.  Don't see one you like, start a new one.  It's quite simple.

Finally, perhaps you are a member of an organization.  Many organizations have already started their own groups for their members.  If your group hasn't started a page yet, why not start one and invite your co-members to join.  There are even reduced rates for organizational memberships.

We are very eager to hear your comments and suggestions for improvements and enhancements.  School Leadership 2.0 will grow and flourish with the ideas of the members.

Again, we are so pleased you have joined.  Now feel free to explore and contribute!

    Regards,
