Hello. I am an elementary principal at Martin Avenue School in the North Bellmore UFSD. My work and research has focused upon things a principal does to create favorable conditions for the development of a professional learning community.

    Sorry to hear about your displacement. We lucked out in the hurricane, water stopped four blocks from me. The top of my tree split, half in my front yard and half in my backyard. I had more damage the year before. I haven't become a principal yet.
