This will help other members dialogue with you.: Came to teaching as I approached 50. Took a buyout in 2012 b/c I thought it was no longer possible to teach w/integrity. After helping out friends in high-needs middle school decided I would go down fighting of the best interest of the students I could reach, and continue to write/blog/lobby/advocate on behalf of meaningful educational reform.
