My name is Dr. Judith kronin. I am a veteran school administrator commited to public education. I am a senior consultant with E.J. Kronin Consultants Inc. I recently published: Creating Smart Schools - The Education Instructional Coaching Model, which presents EICM, a coaching model for improving classroom instruction. This model has two major components, a set of reform strategies and a coaching component. This book is based upon core beliefs that include the major goal in education is to inspire students to ecome critical thinkers and independent thinkers.
