Working as an educational executive leader I have led teams to work with students to attain significantly high achievement gains. Working collaboratively with colleagues, I have made a positive impact on educational leadership as a coaching leader who has worked in district cabinets and in the C-Suite. As a visionary and innovative leader, I am highly experienced in the asynchronous self-paced online learning space with high school and at-risk students who are most vulnerable. As an educational executive with a portfolio of 14 schools across 4 states I worked remotely as the Senior Vice President of Achievement Results and Operations and created a curriculum and strategic plan that led schools to earn the highest school grade possible as assigned by the state. The data results following showed significant growth that were measurable and sustained.
