I am an educational leader with over 27 years of experience committed to fostering equitable, inclusive, and student-centered school communities. I currently serve as the Principal of Canaan Elementary School in the Patchogue-Medford School District, where my work focuses on instructional leadership, data-driven practices, MTSS, and cultivating positive school culture. My professional background includes 16 years as a Career and Technical Education teacher in the New York City Department of Education, followed by teaching and leadership experience in the Levittown School District and district-level roles.
