I am currently assigned as a staff developer/shared data expert employed by Eastern Suffolk BOCES. As a staff developer, I conduct professional development sessions for teachers, administrators, and other school district personnel in the effective use of assessment data. I work in collaboration with teams of teachers, administrators and other personnel to plan, conduct, revise, and facilitate professional development related to the effective use of assessment data in order to improve student outcomes.

I have experience as an elementary, middle school and reading teacher. I am currently enrolled at St. John’s University in their SBL/SDL professional diploma program.
