Hola from Mexico City!

I just recently joined School Leadership 2.0 and I am pleasantly surprised to find a group dedicated to virtual learning environments!

I'm the Technology Integration Specialist for Peterson Schools. We're currently engaged in the National Association of Independent Schools' Challenge 20/20. We have a partner school in the USA and the goal is for students to discuss global warming. We'll be doing it virtually, via our Second Life or OpenSimulator cybercampus!

Come visit us on Teaching 6 in SL:

Just an introduction today. I'd like to know more about conferences that feature (or at least include) virtual learning environments. Last year, I presented at the Virtual Worlds Best Practices in Education Conference:

And this year, I'll be at the ISTE 2013 Conference. Our Virtual Environments Special Interest Group will be demonstrating various platforms. Anyone else going?

Hasta luego!
