Are you working on your Student Learning Objectives  (SLOs)? If so, there are many resources available to assist your work at the OCM BOCES APPR microsite , including an overview , step-by-step directions , and the bank of SLO examples . We even haveguidelines  for writing a good SLO. Student Learning Objectives are the process by which 20% of teacher (and sometimes principal) evaluation scores are determined.
