 ncerns about the implementation of the Dignity Act regulations during 
 the 2012–13 school year.  This forum is provided for all Dignity Ac
 t Coordinators (DACs) and interested administrators as well as student
  support staff who have assisted their schools in the implementation 
 process.  Topics will include:\n\n\nA discussion of successful staff 
 training that met the State requirements and review plans for next yea
 r’s work.\n\n\n\nCreating a pro-active performance culture in which 
 school adults model positive, supportive behaviors\n\n\n\nReviewing di
 rect instruction options for teaching students about \n\ncivility, ch
 aracter education and citizenship.\n\n\nCreating supportive school cli
 mates that will help reduce acts of

 �         Bullying.\n\n\nDiscuss future topics of interest such as
  working with the difficult\n\n                   student, m
