  a 3-day professional-development Science Research Workshop for in-ser
 vice teachers with a desire to begin or improve research programs at t
 heir high schools.\nThe goal of this workshop is to provide high schoo
 l science teachers with a practical understanding of the framework for
  initiating and mentoring students in research projects. Topics covere
 d in this workshop will include developing research questions, accessi
 ng library resources, critical analysis of scientific articles, evalua
 ting and implementing research design, and proper presentation of scie
 ntific work. This workshop is being presented by CW Post faculty and i
