     \n         On February 11, 2011, an old friend of our 
 group, Dr. Joan Daly-Lewis, will be joining us to examine professional
  performance review as a “second order change.”  She will review 
 with us seven leadership responsibilities that must be addressed in su
 pporting any initiative that requires deep change.  This will NOT be 
 a review of the APPR legislation, but rather a timely examination of t
 he challenges we face in fostering a belief that shared examination of
  teaching practices can help us to produce exceptional results in our
