DESCRIPTION:Please join Mike Keany and Victor Jaccarino as they presen
 t this hands-on workshop for administrators and school curriculum lead
 ers, future administrators, Department Chairs, and instructional leade
 rs. Participants will work with both Mike and Victor to understand the
  challenges of a changing curriculum in all subject areas. Participant
 s will examine the shifts that change means for school leaders. Part o
 f the workshop will be utilized to develop a more thorough understandi
 ng of what a lesson that is aligned with new and higher standards look
 s like. Participants will explore best practice methods of leading the
 ir staff and colleagues to a deeper understanding of what is now expec
 ted of them in order to meet these higher expectations. Institute part
 icipants will develop a plan for implementing what they learned during
  the institute in their own schools.\n The Institutes can be taken f
 or 3 graduate credits at $900 a course or on a non-credit basis for
