  model.  The Board of Regents will be finalizing the model at their J
 une meeting.\n \nJonah Rockoff is presently an Associate Professor of
  Business at the Columbia Graduate School of Business, a Faculty Resea
 rch Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and a member o
 f the New York State Board of Regents' Technical Advisory Group.  Dr.
  Rockoff is one of the few people who truly understands growth and val
 ue added models and their implications for educators.\n \nWe look for
