 rimination and harassment. It is clearly not just about bullying. It 
 is about the intentional practices of staff and the culture they are r
 esponsible for creating in the school.\nThe Long Island Social and Emo
 tional Literacy Forum will provide opportunities for discussion about\
 nThe Dignity Act throughout the 2011-12 school year. There will be ad
