 used topics and collegial discussions led by Carol Varsalona will exam
 ine steps to support students on the trajectory for college and career
  readiness. Subject matter includes: core components of CCLS, instruct
 ional shifts in ELA, the impact of growth mindset on the culture of ac
 hievement, reflective practices and protocols, effective curriculum an
 d instruction practices embedded in the modules, the practice of adapt
 ing or adopting the modules, fidelity of practice, and growth-producin
