 rriculum, Instruction and Technology invites you to join us for an opp
 ortunity to share information, strategies and concerns about the imple
 mentation of the Dignity Act.  This forum is provided for all Dignity
  Act Coordinators (DACs) and interested administrators and student su
 pport staff who will be assisting their schools in the implementation 
 process.  Topics will include:\n\n§  Developing staff training tha
 t meets the State requirements.\n\n§  Discussing procedures for con
 sistent reporting of, and responding to incidents of discrimination an
 d harassment.\n\n§  Creating a pro-active performance culture in wh
 ich school adults model positive, supportive behaviors.\n\n§  Revie
 wing direct instruction options for teaching students about civility, 
 character education and citizenship.\n\n§  Concerns of DAC’s, suc
 h as liability and establishing procedures that are thorough and manag
 eable.\n\n\nThere is no charge for this session.  Participants are
