 resentatives of the Board of Education and students. The Central Treas
 urers serves as the necessary check of student funds safety.\nThis wor
 kshop is a foundation for the effective management and administration 
 of extraclassroom\nactivity funds. The Central Fund Treasurer and audi
 tor must understand what is happening, what is needed, and what can be
  done, to meet his/her duties and solve the practical problems of cont
 rol needed to maintain the fiscal integrity of student funds. The Cent
 ral Treasurers and auditors must act knowledgeably so as not to leave 
 student funds open to mismanagement and the school open to potential e
