 ifornia Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Danc
 e named him their “Secondary Educator of the Year” and in 2006, th
 e California State Athletic Directors Association named Jim the “Cal
 ifornia State Athletic Director of the Year.” Jim is currently the A
 thletic Director and Assistant Principal at Corona High School in Coro
 na, California.\n\n\n\nEach high school is invited to send 4 - 6 (even
 ly divided between males and females) 11th grade athletes who have dem
 onstrated varsity leadership capacity. One male and/or one female coac
 h, the athletic director, and the principal may also attend the confer
 ence. Trained representatives from the Positive Coaching Alliance faci
 litate breakout groups using prepared materials.\n\nEach school will b
 e asked to plan and initiate at least one activity that will have a po
