 onference will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011, from 8:00 a.m. –
  3:00 p.m. at Molloy’s Suffolk Center campus at 7180 Republic Airpor
 t, East Farmingdale, NY 11735.\n \nThe conference is designed for par
 ents, guardians and care-givers of developmentally disabled students w
 ho are making the transition from school to a variety of post-secondar
 y life experiences. This conference will provide answers to questions 
 that parents most frequently ask to help them understand this transiti
 on process. However, professionals such as: school district personal i
 nvolved in the transition planning process (special education administ
 rators, school psychologists, school social workers, guidance counselo
 rs, special education teachers) and college faculty who prepare studen
 ts in the fields of special education, social work, psychology, law an
 d finance will benefit from attending this conference. College student
